At some point the foam tips were no longer available. I have fancy hearing aids and The Beans. One thing about The Beans, I don’t have to worry about recharging. The batteries have not become too little for me to manipulate….

Too small for me (adult 170lbs male)
They seem high quality but they are too small for my ear canals so they don’t block out a lot of noise and sound very tinny. I could not find the ones that I have used before on the website.

Ordered for use with Akoustyx R-120. Tips are decent, but still too big and kind of rough.
I really wish Etymotic would post the actual dimensions of more than just their double flange tips. I had to order these to find out they are still too big for my tiny ear canals (the diameter is about 10mm for anyone with similar questions). The foam is also on the rough side, so even cut down to fit in the larger, outer part of my ear canal they weren’t super comfortable. If Etymotic had used softer (or at least smoother) foam, these tips would likely have worked for me once cut down to about half their original length (which would have also given me twice as many tips to use).
