In-Warranty

ER•4 MicroPRO Series Earphones (ER•4B, ER•4P, ER•4PT, ER•4S) within the 2-year warranty period will be repaired at no charge under the terms of the warranty policy.

Out-of-Warranty

Cables and transducers cannot be replaced by the user. All ER•4 earphones (ER•4B, ER•4P, ER•4PT, ER•4S) must be returned to Etymotic's Service Department for technical evaluation, electroacoustic measures, channel balancing and conformance certification.

Etymotic will replace cables and/or components and modify as needed to meet original factory specifications. Drivers will be matched to ±1dB.

Service Fees

Includes testing, cleaning, new eartips, new filters and transducer replacement (one or both): $85
Cable replacement only: $50
Transducer and cable replacement: $130

Instead of repairing your ER4B, ER4PT or ER4S Earphones, you can purchase a NEW ER4B, ER4PT or ER4S microPro Series Earphones through the Special Purchase Option Program. Or you can purchase the NEW ER4SR OR ER4XR Earphones through the ER4 Upgrade Options.
