LINK-IT Overview

Microphone Bar
LINK-IT can be used on either ear. The microphone bar can be adjusted to
3 positions: right, left or center. Click the bar to the right to use LINK-IT
on the left ear, or click the bar to the left to use it on the right ear. In
the correct position, the bar will angle toward the head slightly.

 Earhook
LINK-IT is shipped with a medium earhook attached. If the fit is not
secure, your hearing professional may change the earhook size.

BTE/ITE Control
(Control is located on the underside of the unit) LINK-IT is preset for
BTE use. For ITE use, rotate the BTE/ITE control clockwise until it stops.

Special-Use Connector
For use with direct audio input.

Battery Compartment
LINK-IT requires a #10 battery (included).

O-N-H Switch
Switch to H temporarily to boost signal strength or to reduce interference from
magnetic fields (e.g., computer monitors, fluorescent lighting).

Gain Adjust
(located above the ONH switch) LINK-IT is compatible with most
hearing aids that have a built-in T-coil. The gain trimmer is shipped in the
"max" position (full clockwise). When using LINK-IT with power aids it
may be necessary to reduce hearing aid and/or LINK-IT gain if feedback
occurs.
