The impression process is simple, safe and often described as fun. It is not messy at all. Check out the hf2 CUSTOM•FIT video above to view the impression process.
"Why is the price of the hf2 CUSTOM•FIT the same as the standard hf2?"
There is no cost for the voucher inside the hf2 CUSTOM•FIT box. ACS bills you after your impressions are received for processing.
"What if the custom earmoulds do not fit me when they arrive?"
It is rare that custom moulds fail to fit properly. If this happens, ACS will work with you to make moulds that fit perfectly . . . at no additional charge.
"How to I get the custom moulds on my hf2 when they arrive?"
Detailed instructions will be included with your CUSTOM•FIT earmoulds. If further assistance is required, you may contact ACS directly. They are very helpful.
