Out of Warranty & Special Purchase Option

Due to the manufacturing process, Etymotic earphone and headset products cannot be repaired, with the exception of the ER-4 MicroPro series earphones. When products are out of warranty they will no longer be replaced in accordance with Etymotic’s warranty policy. Many problems can be resolved by the user.

If your product is out of warranty, check whether the issue is device related or if you simply need to replace filter(s).

Special Purchase Option

Etymotic has a re-purchase program for out-of-warranty earphone and headset products.

  • To qualify for reduced prices and reduced shipping costs, your product must be returned to Etymotic.
  • Customer-damaged or modified products that are not covered under Etymotic’s warranty policy are eligible for return and repurchase.
  • All purchases are new stock. No products have been opened, pre-owned or reconditioned.
  • Complete the form below and include credit card detail and shipping information.
  • When your current product is received, your request for a new device will be processed.
  • It is not necessary to re-purchase the same earphone or headset product you currently own.
