A refund will be issued for products purchased directly from Etymotic Research within 30-days of the request for return.
Do not return a product for refund that was not purchased directly from Etymotic.
A refund will be issued after receipt of the product if it is returned in excellent working condition, free of any defects. Accessories should be returned with the product.
Etymotic will refund the cost of the product, exclusive of taxes, shipping and handling fees.
A refund will be credited to the credit card entered on the return form. Etymotic does not retain the number of the credit card used to purchase the product.
If the product was purchased from an Etymotic-authorized reseller, consult the return policy of that retailer.
