A refund will be issued for products purchased directly from Etymotic Research within 30-days of the request for return.
ETY•Plugs may be returned if the safety seals are not broken. If ETY•Plugs packaging has been opened, the earplugs are not returnable.
Do not return a product for refund that was not purchased directly from Etymotic.
A refund will be issued if it is returned in excellent working condition, free of any defects.
Accessories should be returned with the product.
Etymotic will refund the cost of the product, exclusive of taxes, Shipping Charges fees.
A refund will be credited to the credit card entered on the return form. Etymotic does not retain the number of the credit card used to purchase the product.
If the product was purchased from an Etymotic-authorized reseller, consult the return policy of that retailer.
