Policies
  1. No minimum order.
  2. Merchandise is warranted against failure caused by defective material or workmanship.
  3. Eartips, earplugs and probe tips cannot be returned once they have been opened.
  4. Returns (Refunds):
    1. If you purchased the product from one of our resellers, the product must be returned to the reseller for a refund.
    2. If you purchased the product directly from Etymotic Research, a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) is required for returns for credit.
    3. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee.
  5. Repairs:
  6. A return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) is required for repairs.
  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Numbers:
    1. RMA numbers will not be automatically assigned from the website. RMA numbers may be obtained by contacting Customer Service via email or by calling during our regular business hours, at 1-888-Etymotic (1-888-389- 6684).
