Merchandise is warranted against failure caused by defective material or
workmanship.

Eartips, earplugs and probe tips cannot be returned once they have been opened.

Returns (Refunds):

If you purchased the product from one of our resellers, the product must be
returned to the reseller for a refund.

If you purchased the product directly from Etymotic Research, a return
merchandise authorization number (RMA#) is required for returns for credit.

Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee.

Repairs:

A return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) is required for repairs.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Numbers:

RMA numbers will not be automatically assigned from the website. RMA numbers
